They provide interesting and stimulating accommodation, something for all the senses.
Black Cat Barn is spacious but extremely cosy. It is unique in design and offers an escapism that is so welcome. Perfect for two as a romantic hideaway, to celebrate a special occasion, or just being together! Alternatively just treat yourself, its’ just as welcoming for one person and why shouldn’t you?
The Homestead provides accommodation for up to 6 people. A lovely traditional village cottage on the High Street, but providing spaciousness not normally associated with holiday cottages. This space extends out into a lovely large garden, securely fenced and gated. Ideal for dogs and children and indeed adults to spread their wings.
Combine both Cottages for weekend breaks, group bookings to suit large family or friends. Accommodation for up to 10 people.

Things have a habit of going round in full circle….remember when the pace of life was slower and the simple things in life were able to be savoured and appreciated?
We want to give you the opportunity of experiencing that very valuable feeling again. Norfolk, like our cottages, is comfortingly traditional, but contains within it so much diversity that if you are not careful you have to quicken your pace to get round it all! We prefer to suggest that you come back more than once, less is more and all that!
Sharing is also good for the soul, so why not bring your friends along to add to your enjoyment even further?

How about a “pootle” about the Quiet Lanes in a classic car, perhaps an MG or a Morris Minor Convertible with a Hamper filled with Norfolk Produce? Or you can be really posh and be chauffer driven in a Rolls Royce Phantom or Van Dan Plas limousine!
The amazing sight of many hot air balloons lifting off in the early morning mist at the National Trusts Blickling Hall shouldn’t be missed, perhaps with a balloon flight for yourselves or a more down to earth breakfast at Overstrands Cliff Top Café.
