Southrepps 

 

THE HOMESTEAD and BLACK CAT BARN are situated in the pretty and unspoilt village of Southrepps only two miles from the Sea. Southrepps has a friendly rustic appeal. Its just 10 minutes drive in 3 directions from the sandy beaches of Cromer, Overstrand and Mundesley. It is also 20 minutes drive from the fascinating Norfolk Broads and the two beautiful National Trust properties of Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall.

Southrepps has a wonderfully well stocked village shop. Try an early morning visit there to bag some of the local delicious Tavern Tasty sausages and bacon for your breakfast. Post your cards at the village Post Office Coffee shop and pick up a picnic at the same time! Stroll to our great village pub (The Vernon Arms ) it is flinty. friendly and does great food. Make sure you book if you want to eat in the evenings, its very popular with the locals!

Take a walk to Southrepps Common where some hard work from the locals recently resulted in them achieving the Queens Award for Voluntary Service!

North Norfolk’s scenic Coast Road is a short drive away where bird watching areas abound !
